He Knows Who We Are

As I was growing up, a lilac bush blossomed at our home early in the spring. The bush grew by the cellar door. I remember lilacs. Since then lilacs have been one of my favorite flowers.
I transplanted a bush from my father's garden last year and I've watered it all this past winter. We have been delighted and surprised to find blooms on it now, since we didn't think this little bush would bloom so soon.
Now I'm aware of the lilac bushes all over town. I've spent the last two springs spotting them.
Jesus is that way with us. He knows who we are and where we are. He's chosen us after all.
John 15:16
